I cannot say enough positive things about Property Inspection Pros. When mold became a serious concern in our home, the health and safety of my family became my absolute priority. During an already stressful and uncertain situation, having someone knowledgeable, trustworthy, and genuinely compassionate in our corner meant more than I can put into words.

Property Inspection Pros was incredibly responsive from the very beginning. They were prompt, professional, thorough, and took the time to explain what they were doing and why. More importantly, they treated us like people—not just another inspection or another customer. Their attention to detail and genuine concern for our family’s well-being gave us reassurance when we desperately needed it.

I also had the privilege of learning that they are a veteran owned local business, which made the professionalism, integrity, and sense of duty I experienced throughout the process feel especially meaningful. You could tell that they take tremendous pride in doing things the right way and taking care of the people they serve.

When you’re dealing with something as frightening and personal as potential mold exposure in your home, you need someone you can trust. Property Inspection Pros went above and beyond to help us get answers and make informed decisions to protect our family.

I am incredibly grateful for their responsiveness, expertise, compassion, and professionalism. I would wholeheartedly recommend Property Inspection Pros to anyone who needs mold testing or a thorough property inspection. They didn’t just provide a service—they gave our family peace of mind when we needed it most.

Thank you for taking care of our family and treating our situation with the care and urgency it deserved. It truly made a difference.
